Join Jason Lawner and Carlos Tao as they come together to bring you The Fluidus Method Yoga Teacher Training and Immersion. The revolutionary Fluidus Method alignment along with unique, intelligently crafted curriculum sets this course apart from other trainings, which consists of two different sections: a 100 hour immersion followed by a 100 hour course on teaching yoga and the Fluidus Method alignment. Offered and included in both courses are hour long, one-on-one sessions with both Jason and Carlos. When combined, the two sections meet the requirements for Yoga Alliance 200 hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) level designation.
The Yoga Immersion is designed to be an all-encompassing course on the study and practice of yoga. Jason and Carlos will utilize lecture, interactive group work, journaling, and a considerable amount of physical asana training during this section. The purpose of the Immersion is to get students moving, to guide them in becoming familiar with the study and practice of yoga, and to help them integrate the Fluidus Method alignment principles into their bodies.
Upon completion of the Immersion, students continue into the Teacher Training portion of the course, which is centered around the art of teaching yoga covering material such as effective postural sequencing, physical/verbal adjustments, and the business of yoga. Graduates will be trained to teach various leveled yoga classes as well as work with special needs students, raw beginners, athletes, clients who require therapeutic work, host specialized workshops, and lead private sessions.
When combined, the Immersion and the Teacher Training will prepare students to intelligently approach asana, effectively teach precise alignment, and utilize inspirational themes in the yoga room. Transform your mind and body as you take the life-changing step with Jason and Carlos towards becoming a stand out yoga professional.

For far too long, the story has been told that the body deteriorates during the aging process and there’s nothing we can do about it. Pain and increased injury don’t have to be a part of that process. We can do things now to relieve chronic pain, prevent injury, and put a stop to degeneration so that we can thrive for many years to come.
