This program was created for those who feel ready to go deeper — not just into yoga, but into themselves. Over the weeks together, you’ll move, breathe, and learn in community. You’ll explore the philosophy behind practice, understand the body in motion, and discover how to teach from a place of clarity and authenticity.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence — showing up, learning, growing, and remembering why you fell in love with yoga in the first place. In this training, you will have the opportunity to deepen your personal practice, explore the wisdom of yoga philosophy, and develop the tools to share this ancient practice with others in an authentic, grounded, and heart-centered way.
This training is more than learning to teach—it’s an invitation to grow, to discover your voice, and to connect with a community that supports your transformation both on and off the mat.

Lead Yoga Instructor
Born in Colombia, at the young age of 16 she was diagnosed with a chronic inflammatory disorder and after many years of research, she found yoga to be the best solution for her ailments. After practicing yoga for years, Anny noticed her symptoms to be almost non-existent.
With a very supportive tribe, Anny decided to take yoga to the next level. She finished a Vinyasa teacher training with the wish to share the healing science of yoga with others. Yoga and meditation has helped Anny tremendously in her healing journey. "Through yoga, I found myself healing physically, emotionally and spiritually. Yoga reminds me that we each have inside of us everything that we need and it gives me the skills to go 'inside and listen to my own intuition and guidance."

Breathwork Guest Teacher
A lifelong martial artist, Daniel Silva has devoted over 20 years to the practice of meditation and various forms of breathwork. As the visionary Co-Founder of Hanu Yoga Studio in South Beach, the largest yoga studio in Miami Beach, Daniel has cultivated a sanctuary for holistic well-being and personal transformation.
With a deep understanding of the power of breath, Daniel teaches individuals how to influence their nervous system, control their mind, access deeper states of consciousness, and connect with mystical experiences. Daniel’s diverse clientele includes high-powered C-suite executives grappling with immense stress, neurosurgeons conducting critical life-saving operations, elite professional athletes competing at the highest levels, and individuals from all walks of life seeking inner peace and peak performance.
For the past four years, Daniel has been leading weekly breathwork and meditation classes, and has conducted multiple teacher trainings, workshops, and retreats. These sessions are designed to guide participants through transformative journeys, unlocking their full potential and fostering profound personal growth.

Ayurveda Guest Teacher
Andrea has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 30 years. She has studied under Rod Stryker of the Himalayan tradition, Judith Lasater, Cyndi Lee and John Immel of Joyful Belly, and is a ERYT 500 and Yoga Alliance continued education provider, Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist and a Master certification in Ayurvedic Digestion and Nutrition.
Ayurveda is a science of how nature works. It can be translated as the science of life. It looks at how the elements interplay in every living thing, in us, plants and the planet.
Ayurveda guides us to know how to best nurture energy, how to cleanse, who should cleanse.. and when. It tells us to what level we should challenge ourselves and how to restore, to nourish and nurture.
Training Schedule

(Opening Friday: 6:00 – 9:30 PM)
• Wednesdays - In-Studio: 6:00 – 9:30 PM
• Saturdays - In-Studio: 2:00 – 8:00 PM
• Sundays - In-Studio: 1:30 – 6:30 PM
• No class on Valentine’s Day 💗
