We are a movement studio that welcomes all and builds community. We offer a variety of movement classes, 1:1 personal and group training, health coaching, corporate wellness programs and various healing modalities.

Policies & Etiquette

  • IT’S BEST NOT TO EAT minimum 1 hour before a movement session. Moving with a heavy stomach is uncomfortable.

  • ARRIVE 10-15 min early to settle and clear your mind for your session. Make some time to catch up with someone you’ve seen but haven’t made friends with yet.

  • SIGN-IN ONLINE it makes everything smoother. Check in at our front desk even if you signed in online. Say hi!

  • PLEASE TURN OFF electronics… take a break, get lost a bit. Electronics are not allowed in the movement studios.

  • RESPECT SENSITIVITIES it’s best not to apply perfume, scented oils or lotions just prior to your movement session.

  • PLACE PERSONAL BELONGINGS in cubbies outside the movement studios. You are however responsible for the safety of your valuables.

  • BARE FEET IN CERTAIN AREAS please remove footwear if you are entering the group movement studio. Place shoes in designated cubbies.

  • LATE ENTRY FOR GROUP CLASSES for safety, integrity, and discipline purposes, it’s ideal you not enter the movement studios more than 15 min. late. Should you be late, please enter class after opening introduction and/or meditation.

  • INJURIES/HEALTH LIMITATIONS please inform your Movement Leader prior to beginning any and all movement session(s). Our Movement Leader(s) will guide with modifications and intelligent adjustment given your condition(s).

  • THINK TWICE BEFORE LEAVING A GROUP CLASS EARLY and miss the best part, cool down, relaxation or meditation it’s for your complete and full experience, discipline, integrity and respect for yourself and others. If you must leave a movement session early, please set yourself up near the door and inform your Movement Leader before a movement session begins. And please do your best not to interrupt cool down, final meditation or final relaxation. Let others enjoy their quiet time.

  • RETURN ALL EQUIPMENT to their designated place after a movement session and please refold blanket(s).

  • SANITIZE (OMM Sanitizer) all equipment at the end of your movement session.

OUR INTENTION IS TO OFFER THE BEST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR EVERYONE.

OMM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RECONSIDER YOUR MEMBERSHIP IF THESE POLICIES ARE HABITUALLY NOT HONORED.
